What we collect
The scheme profile you enter: scheme details, lot and owner names and addresses for service, committee contact details, insurance and levy information. We also collect your email address for reminders and receipts, and ordinary server logs (IP address, pages visited) for security.
Why we collect it
Solely to run the service: generating your documents, computing your compliance calendar, sending reminder emails, and processing payments. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
- Stripe processes payments — we never store card details.
- Resend delivers reminder emails on our behalf.
- Our hosting provider stores the encrypted server the data lives on, in Australia where practicable.
We disclose information only if the law requires it.
Owner details in your profile
You may enter details of other lot owners (for the roll of owners). Those owners are entitled to know the roll is kept — that's a statutory register — but it's your responsibility to enter only what the register requires.
Storage and security
Profiles are stored in a database on our server, transmitted over HTTPS, and backed up. We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, then delete it.
Access, correction and deletion
Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your scheme. We'll act within 30 days.
